As of right now there isn't as many cool things you can do with 150k Loyalty points. Not to mention you're going to get a lot of Loyalty points even if continue paying membership throughout 12 months. So it's not really worth getting unless you throw in some runecoins in this package.

You can buy the retro armour with Loyalty Points, so your entire post is thrown out the window.
Just the first half but only for a yes and no. I'm not gonna argue with this because you can buy it with Loyalty points and for a reasonable price. Also wasn't aware these armors came out today
. But now I don't understand why Jagex wouldn't include 2k runecoins and bump up the cost of the Premier package whens its clearly a Win:lose. Last year I bought it for the discount price (still wishing i never canceled my membership) and the runecoins was a nice bonus. Don't they make enough money from all the transactions to let us pay $5 or whatever the original price for everyone elses currency was or the original price of the Premier Club last year? I'm just finding it a little unfair.

Bloodpouncer was a promotional item from 2013 that was earned when purchasing a membership card, that is why.
