I vote no on this. It just doesn't seem to serve a purpose. You can still train a skill even at 200m exp, with or without prestige. To me, this just seems like another incentive to keep players skilling since most are maxing very easily now with *so much bonus and free experiences in the game* it's their way of trying to make it seem like the game is longer than it really is. Stop handing out exp left and right and people still would even have 99 capes as much.

This needs to be brought back, it was such an amazing idea, but it probably could've been done a little better.

Would be great if a few Jagex Mods brainstormed a few ideas on how to re-implement this.
