Does anyone even play Eoc anymore? Why even bother with updates on it when you can improve 07 base on player demands. Just saying.

Yes, lots of people do. Aside from these things I like it. I'd rather not stand around all day and say "Selling X" or "Buying X" and then grinding along and redoing quests I've already done. I like the good updates on the real game. I just can't stand people getting ripped off.

Wow, what a surprise; Jagex stabbed us in the back again. First they release this ridiculous store in the first place, charging absurd amounts of money for their poorly thought-out points system. Then, they release pets that actually do offer an in-game advantage. They follow it up with releasing recoloured options for certain armor sets, like my Godcrusher. I personally would have enjoyed having just the addition of the option to recolour my demon armour to black, rather than having to spend another 10 dollars to obtain it. I'm sure many players feel the same.

I'm lucky enough I don't have to feel that same kind of backstab twice with the release of these premium items as reskins, but my heart goes out to the players who did get these items. You've wasted their money and their support, Jagex. Your money-grubbing joke of a system is turning your community against. I really can't wait for the day we get a news announcement that your current financial advisers, programmers, and whoever thought it was a good idea to even add SGS and SoF to this game finally leave. I'll make sure to celebrate with a nice big party in Falador Square, in commemoration of their ludicrous and offensive business practice, and in hopeful celebration of a bright future where you stop sucking money from your players, then stabbing them in the backs.

Until then, I suppose telling you how stupid you are will suffice.

Soo... are you trying to drive people away with these kinds of pitches? I mean first the Shadow series and now another re-release, but this time the exact same cosmetics!
And once again it's just a slap in the face to those who have the original items. Especially when the "limited time" offers leads them to believe the promotions will no longer appear afterwards.
What is next Jagex? Is the Bloodpouncer going to appear in the store eventually too?
I used to like the SGS, but things like this... ugh...
I honestly regret buying that Gold Premier Club package, your business tactics are just disgusting in my opinion. Felix the Cat! The wonderful, wonderful cat!

jagex described all the items as vanity items
this is why people went into stores and bought cards that otherwise wouldnt sell as many.


jagex has used us a pawns in getting sales from game stores in the uk.
perhaps even to increase a new contract with these stores


only for us pawns to be lumbered with junk items.

apparently as these vanity items have been out for like a year they are now vanity discontinued to solomons store.

whats the discontinue date on limited edition ingame tradable discontinued?


this shouldnt be tolerated for the games integrity and for the defence of all players.

Disappointing that these "Limited Edition" items that you could only get through certain game cards arent very... well... Limited... the Premier club was an ok but introducing them to everyone??

This is how I saw it:

-Limited Edition Game Card Items - Loyalty reward for subscribing for 90 days

-Premier Membership Subscription - Loyalty reward using some old rewards as well, still ok.

-Selling them on Solomons Store - Crushing the loyalty of the players...sorry...PEOPLE/CUSTOMER/CATTLE that bought the original items...

Fact is the reason I bought the items with the Gamecard or Premier membership is because they were limited, I wanted the stuff that I couldn't get whenever I wanted, now thats irrelevant and I want a Refund or the items taken off of Solomons Store!

I won't lie, this is pretty upsetting. I purchased the 1 year membership expecting these to be a relatively exclusive thing. Granted, the savings from the month to month membership and spins/coins were a great thing, but it was the cosmetic items that actually led me to make the purchase. I don't think a refund is necessary, but possibly crediting the value in runecoins of the items released to those who purchased the extended membership plans could be done?

crediting runecoins defy's the morale.

we have been used and manipulated for money... there isnt really negotiation.

personally i would want every penny i spent on my charcter refunded. plus damages of years wasted.

i want £5,000,000.
plus a goat
and a flock of sheep
and a years down payment on a petrol powered sun dial
and i want 2 smart cars combined into 1 smart car to make 1 car

I have been a member for 5 years.
I am a 10 year veteran of the game.
I purchased the gold membership plan for 2013.
I supported the addition of SoF and SGS for the reasons stated - the additional revenue would increase the development quality of the game (which it has).

HOWEVER - the re-release of "exclusive" promotional items for sale in SGS *without* the option of converting the original promo item to the superior SGS re-skin is unacceptable. It is extremely rude to the owners of these items who have already gave you actual money in exchange for them to say "thanks for your money, now please pay more" for the same thing within the new system.

I will be withholding future purchases from JaGex Ltd. until this situation is satisfactorily resolved.
