I think the EOC is a great addition to the game. From all the negative feedback its been getting, it would lead one to believe the EOC the worst thing in the world someone could do. Players will get use to it soon and discover that it really is a change for the better, since it actually requires a strategical approach, instead of getting the best weapons and armor, click your target and watch.
We will ride Shiny and Chrome to the Gates of Valhalla.

I played the beta and it's not fun. you have do 1 year ago the update free trade and old wildy and that have make the game funny bacause you wil do the new combat beta update and thats not fun for the rs players because people can not do specials in wildy. and a lot of player stop then with dis game.

What exactly were you trying to say..? ^^^^ Either way, the game will open to all players. Those who get to play have been imported with a very insightful task to jagex to bomb in more gameplay from its recent or quit members to rejoin the action with the new and intense game. Don't fret or be annoyed if you weren't picked, because you would have been put up for a task you might of not been able to complete. Sit back, enjoy the youtube vids of feeds and troubleshooting, and hope the game isn't extremely buggy when it if finally released.

Can we still get the outfit if we missed the beta event? I couldn't get on at all this weekend, and I don't think anyone should lose out on being able to get content just because they couldn't get on rs for 1 specific weekend out of the year.

I have played beta and my thoughts are... WHAT THE **** JAGEX? U Removed special weapon attacks and added adrenaline and replaced the spells with abilities? WTF IS THIS ****? Theres no bleeping attack style animations! just xp choices! And not only that... Why is my max hp like 100000? For petes sake! my constitution lbl is nowhere near 99 yet the max is that much? Thats so ****ing over powered! Noone can maintain that much hp anyway! and last but not least.. in order to gain adrenaline for ur abilities... U have to kill everything around u! Isnt that a bit.. you know.. Violent? It seems the Evolution of combat is becoming M for mature.. But with the kind of gameplay ppl less than 8 years old would enjoy.. Isnt there something wrong with that?If this replaces the current runescape then... Congratulations jagex! You have killed runescape! Along with combat beta!

I like almost everything about the new combat. There is one thing that I dislike and that would be the xp earned after being level 99. They took away xp earned per hit. Now for me combat is pointless. Why? When they took away xp earned per hit they also made it impossible to get 200 million xp. I think it was bad enough, trying to get to level 99 in most skills. If they do add this to the game, that will be the end of runescape for me.

Its pretty good once you get into it but the the bad things are REALLY bad.
-Xp per hit was AWSOME and now its gone :( -Stat screen is confusing, maybe thats just me but atm in the beta im just wearing the best stuff i can wear and hoping that it is really better ie. Arma for range over kharil just because i know that its better.
-Hp is too high and when you equip armor and your HP stays down?? Not a problem in the beta with the free food but in the real game thats a food waste
-Hard to tell what your hits are in multi and pking is ruined now by teamers...
Personally i think they could fix this by not haveing just 1 beta but have the beta for 3 months, taking it down and working on it for 3 months, putting it back up for 3 months and taking it down etc.. I mean if its that big a update it should be really well worked on.
Does anyone know when it comes into the game? Please answer fast!

PS. bring back attack styles as a tab in the interface where you choose your xp, I likes kicking and being able to stab and slash with my staff of light
PPS. You have kinda ruined the staff of light/poly: the staff of light was good for its tanking special and its good melee bonus with great mage bonus, now its just a two handed staff like all the others. Same for the poly, what made it special was its auto spell and no thats gone...
