Wow, this has driven SO many people to use profanity on the forums. I haven't seen this much swearing since Jagex nuked the wildy..What's your guys' problems? its not even a big update. everyone's just freaking out because they want that ONE reason to blow up on Jagex. sure, everything went down hill when Gower left. but Jagex has been doing everything they can to keep Jagex afloat. whether be participating in micro-transactions, or banning you punks that are swearing on the forums, in the end they STILL try to have fun with it. and make Runescape enjoyable for everyone.

Runescape is a product of Jagex, and Jagex is a COMPANY. an enterprise. they NEED money to keep our game going. so you cant blame them for coming up short once in a while.

Thank you for the update. I would definitely rather have something tied to payment systems take a little longer to push out and work correctly as opposed to having it rushed out with holes big enough to sail the Lady Lumbridge through. It's a shame the team couldn't meet their self-imposed deadline, but things happen.

I would ask if this means that next week will be a double content update week, but from the amount of venom over this setback, I wouldn't want to give even the slightest generalization to this perturbed lot.

As far as I'm concerned it'd probably be good policy for you to release updates every 2 weeks instead of every week anyway.

Seriously guys, they may have rushed a little on the announcement but like I stated before, I'd rather a delay than a majorly buggy and potentially destructive update going live. If you want tonnes buggy crap rushed out the door and right up your entitled backsides, go play Farmville.

These major bugs may not of showed up in the beta and may have only hit when they tried to take it live. This happens. Game design is not just a science, it's an art. And a very technically challenging one at that.

Imagine, if you will, a combination of the screams of Luke Skywalker under the Emperor's torture, "The Man in Black" Wesley's scream (The Sound of Ultimate Suffering) under the influence of "The Machine" and the sound a great dane would make if his "private parts" were accidentally sucked into an Electrolux vacuum cleaner.

Now imagine ME making this sound as I have to wait even longer for my new costumes!!

It's okay. Bugs happen. Don't know why some people are complaining about this , but would I expect any different from the Runescape community? The sky is blue, lets complain. I've played since 2007 and have had membership since 2008. I looked forward to this, and the day delay was unacceptable. Why? Because we were extremely hyped up that it was INDEED going to happen on the 27th. If you are unsure if there will be problems at the last minute, you do NOT give us an exact date and then LIE to us.

THEN you delay it a Goddamn week. No.

This affects your stupid little money income from Solomon, so you delay it as soon as possible. I'm this close to cancelling my membership.

Then ******* quit, please, because no one wants to deal with whiny, entitled little ***** like you. If a week delay makes you fly off the handle, then that's a sign that you might be a bit of a whackjob. Get off the internet and go back to suckling your mom's teet, kid.

Delays are a part of the gaming industry. Hell, it's part of the TV, film, and music industries, too. It's just a fact of life. DELAYS. HAPPEN.

I agree 100% mostly all i see on this thread is people going crazy because its delayed, smh sometimes im ashamed i play this game just because of how the community is nowadays. They look for the most dumb thing to complain about over and over again nobody is making them play this game, they can leave for all i care cause most of us love this game and how Jagex is actually trying to be more involved with the community nowadays.

I don't know why people are insisting that this is a "small" update, especially when the Loyalty shop was taken down in preparation for it.

In any case, very disappointed with the delay. Please release this as soon as possible. And for the love of Zaros, give us more information. Patrolling Lore FC almost makes you wish for a Great Revision.
