If so excellent name.

Such a nice refreshing change of pace. She did a great job, gotta love those accents.
Couple tips:
1) you could have had better player questions.
2) would be great if she was active in this thread a bit.
3) keep up the community outreach. You guys need to earn the player trust back.

You are moving in the right direction.

Not too bad, but I skipped a few parts that I wasn't too interested in. One suggestion though; be sure that the people who write the script know what they're talking about. I know it's difficult with little to no runescape knowledge at the office, but wikis are not difficult to use. I am talking about the part about armored zombies being in the dangerous wilderness. The quest area was moved to an instanced wilderness that is not a pvp area, and yes, you can get to the zombies that way.
I will say that this is at least a step in the right direction of earning SOME player trust back. Simply hearing from a company that decided to fall silent MIGHT get some to see you in a different light, or rather some light instead of a pitch darkness.
I am hoping to still see a regular bts that is posted in text. Going video only could be seen as a step backwards, because not everyone is gonna want to sit through a video just to hear about what MIGHT come out soon. Serenity Isle, a fun and relaxed clan. click this to see
