Here's something I'm surprised no one has asked about when are they moving time forward which could cause Guthix to appear(look at druidic ritual quest both old and new versions)

Okay, this is either a major clue, a pointless gesture, or something with completely different meaning but someone answer this. At the beginning of the video, mod mark does something where he gestures to his nose then moves his finger back and forth, what does this mean?

I know everyone says the clue means guthix. But lets not forget some of the other tricks to this. The clue could be an anagram or a reference to a similar creature or association.
