Okay, Some things i'm going to need to clear up here.
1. I got beta access, To all the people that didn't, Don't stress, you didn't miss out on anything.
2. Pures, Zerkers, Anything with low defence, Goodbye, enjoy playing another MMO.
3. evolution of combat is incredibly awkward, They "attempted" to copy World of warcraft, I use that in quotations because they failed miserably. the action bar is horrible, the spells within the action bar have a massive delay between each cast, in WoW there is 1 second global cooldown between each spell and it flows smoothly and you still auto attack so it balances out, but the beta doesn't have this.
4. People saying it's WoWscape, That's complimenting it, just stop, WoW is a good game, this is an trainwrecked abortion.
5. Yes Jagex, THIS IS WORSE then the removal of free trade in 2007.
6. heres a short list of items i could no longer use on my 99 range pure.
Black d'hide chaps/vambs - 60 range 60 defence.
Culinamancers gloves 7 (addy gloves) - 40 defence
Armadyl Robes - 40 defence
And for the zerks.
Rune - 50 defence
7. I can't put it into words, how Awkward, and terrible this update is too play, it really is that bad, you defenietely lost a subscriber, and i highly doubt i'll be the last one.

Tl;dr? Evolution of combat is far king terrible.
