How ridiculous. Why make the beta available to all members for such a short time? When I was on the beta during the weekend, servers were running fine. Why not just keep it available. It's not like you can't run the servers if there is too many people, since you just made more worlds. Even when the beta was live to all members, still each world had a max amount of like 500 people. So idk why you guys are still keeping it so exclusive.

I honestly believe that there should be two separate servers because this update is way too big a change for its own good. Not only is the entire system of combat completely overhauled, some types of accounts have become obsolete and veterans such as myself who have been playing for more than a decade now aren't going to enjoy the shift whatsoever. After trying the beta, I can officially confirm that I would never play this game again should it replace the system I've come to know and love all these years. At the very least, if the two were kept as separate servers, you'd have the best of both worlds. Obviously, whatever happens on either server doesn't carry over, at least past the import. I don't think I have to even say this, but neither side would be able interact with each other and that's exactly how it should be. To each his own.
Please Jagex, I know you make a habit of ignoring the older players because you'd rather garnish new hits and new members and all that stuff that seems so glorious and glittery to you, but just this once could you appeal to both?
Your userbase would remain the same, however it would just be divided amongst the separate servers. I'm sure many more people will be playing on the Evolution of Combat side, but I know I and many others would rather spend their time playing their generation of Runescape.

This account has been on Runescape since back in rs classic. And when RS2 was coming out a lot of people were saying the same exact thing as you all. And now a days most of you are like, omg ***** classic. Just give it time and you'll enjoy and maybe even love the new system. Personally I'm very excited for EOC to go live.

Good fight Runescape. I have been playing for 5 years and this is just too much. I can handle all of your horrible updates in the past but now it has gone way to far... If you make this permanent then you better make another separate game like you did with the Classic Runescape for how the game was in 2006. If not then i'm sure you will have many veterans quitting the game. Many feel as though you have reached your goal of ruining Runescape by completely destroying combat. Now if this stays a "Beta" and is just a separate fun "mini-game" then I am sure many will appreciate it. Some of your previous actions are something me and several others dislike such as: selling RS gold (Squeal of Fortune), breaking some of your own rules, Combat Armor re-work, and the hits being x10 the old hits.
