I got one word for this BTS video and that is
The new UI feature looks amazing even if it is still being developed and that we get a say in how we want it.
I truely want to test it out and post my thoughts on it if I ever do get picked for the Beta on the 17th and then the Alpha on the 24th.
Now as for the Castle Wars update coming next week it looks freakin'
The new look for it, being able to wear our head gear and chance to score either Gold or Silver tickets is great.
I'll hold a special event for castle wars if anyone is interested and we will play 3 full games with everyone that plays to win both gold and silver tickets with some rules to be followed during the special event of course so that each team can get a win, a loss and a draw.

If the hoods are indeed changed, Jagex should perhaps include
a right-click option for the hood to revert its appearance back
to what it has always was.
Many members of my clan paid
dragon keepsake box to wear the castle wars hood.
A lot of people would be upset if the colour changes
and it no longer matches our gnomish blue robes.
I don't know for sure but logically, if they're updating the team capes, they would update the hoods to match. The colour of the current Saradomin team cape/hood is actually really nice

Hopefully if the Castle Wars rewards are good, I'll start playing it again. I love the way the new interface is looking though. I do have a question though. How extensive will this be? Could you click read a book and have it pop up a new interface, allowing us to walk and read simultaneously? Will even all of the uncommonly seen quest interfaces be updated to this new format?
I would really like to see the "obscure" quest interfaces and cutscenes updated to make use of the larger space. Many of them are still super tiny because they were developed when the game was still using the fixed interface. "Let them Bake Pie"

This is our issue. The hood has been part of our clans uniform since the hood was released. As of this moment, over 250+ people are in our clan and wear this hood DAILY . This might not be a big deal to you, but to us and many in the role-play community, it is a very big deal.

I don't play CW much.. but the graphics look nice
As for the interfaces.. meh. I thought it would be a really cool idea, but now I'm thinking otherwise. But I'll leave my judgement until beta/alpha/whatever you wanna call it. I'm just a man; I'm not a hero.
