Wow never disliked Runescape more then i do right now. It would have been nice to know and to have been told that game cards from 7-11 in USA were not able to be redeemed for a flame skull. I wasted $22USD for nothing. NEVER buying another Runescape membership!

Those of you redeeming a 90 or 100 day game card between the 22nd of June and the 15th of July (inclusive) will receive a flaming skull.
Cards purchased and used within the countries listed below - and from the specified, participating retailers – are eligible:
United States: Gamestop
Canada: EB Games
UK: GAME
Australia and New Zealand: EB Games
Republic of Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Finland, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland: Gamestop

Don't blame Jagex because you guys don't know how to read, it even said on the front page, if you guys would of spent one minute on the front page and read it or the forum post you would of known at the specific stores.

Thanks for the rude comment. It is not made clear on the front page bud, It simply states that the cards can be purchased at gamestop in the usa, it DOES NOT state it can ONLY be purchased from them. As for your statement TurmOvlYak, 'Don't blame Jagex because you guys don't know how to read,' people like you give humans in general bad names. There is no reason for rude comments like this, expecially when it's not true. And why exactly should I have to go to the forums to make sure that there are no catches to Runescape's promises? And really, who would go to the forums before having trouble? I should'nt really blame Runescape completely though, GameStop is just in it for the extra customers and the kickbacks.
I talked to a player mod, he told me Runescape may help me out, and if they do then it is GREATLY appreciated.

It does not simply state the stores in which you can buy the cards. The list of stores and countries is preceded by this:
"Cards purchased and used within the countries listed below - and from the specified, participating retailers – are eligible:"
I should think that would imply that buying one from anywhere else is NOT eligible - otherwise, why list them? If you could by them anywhere you wouldn't have to list them at all.
But regardless, it specifically says they're eligible from the specified retailers, then specifies them.
