@Ben Klungers: I'm sorry I'm not the one you would hope to receive a reaction one, but I do believe something needs to be clarified.
It wasn't mentioned in neither this thread's original post nor the news-post for this offer that the offer was available with game cards in the Netherlands, so although they may be sold there, the offer simply isn't available in the Netherlands at this time.
It's a given that Jagex hopes to eventually branch out to more countries upon more countries with offers such as this though, so no worries, hopefully you are positively impacted by these sort of offers in the future

@BurnMyBlunt: I would presume it's a given only those countries and respective stores listed would be eligible, so I don't think it's fair to throw abuse over that.
It should be noted, although not for certain since I'm not aware how exactly Jagex distributes the respective game cards for this offer, that Jagex may have trouble making this offer available in all stores due certain factors such as reaching an agreement with the stores, shipping the respective game-cards, and so on.
I'm not sure about the entire process, but really, there's definitely more to it than simply presuming they are being lazy.

The full list of participating game stores and their respective countries is in the original post of this thread, as well as the news-post for this offer, so be sure to check it out in order to make sure you purchase the right game-card, given you are still interested.
I don't see why Jagex would necessarily give out the Golden katana to players who made that mistake, although I would love to see that gesture from them myself.

@Jade vs Jad: Even if you did purchase it from EB Games, are you certain that store was participating for this offer in your country in particular?
Keep in mind that only Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are listed to have EB Games as a participating retailer. If you do live in Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, and are certain there really could be nothing else out of order, I reiterate what I suggested in my previous reply to you: contact Billing Support!

Dear Jagex,
I strongly suggest that you make items that are only attainable from purchasing membership cards available for your loyal members that have been giving you their hard earned money for years.
I would really like to have some of these items but I think that it is really unfair that I cannot get them just because I have an ongoing subscription that I have been on for years...
I just feel that you are alienating your loyal customers by not giving them access to these items.

Hello there, today on June 14,2012. I redeemed a Pre-Paid 90 day membership card for the flaming skull. After doing so I log on to see i have 3months of member ship (90days) but no flaming skull in my bank, inventory or from Diango! Could you help me with this situation?
@Darkchess: It is neither able to be sold nor traded, and is ultimately a purely neat, cosmetic item being offered

@Jade vs Jad: Yes, it should simply allow the subscription credit to stack, and in the case you have existing recurring subscription underneath the two game cards, that will only start taking payments once again once you are down to three days of subscription credit.

@Deathofapure: Presuming you mean 24 June 2012, may I ask which store you bought the game card from, as well as which country you are in?
It is vital you keep in mind that only specific, participating retailers in certain countries hold game cards that are eligible for this offer, and those are all listed in the original post.
If you, per unfortunate chance, purchased a game card from the wrong store or from a store that was participating in the offer for another country, but not yours, you simply will not be eligible for the Flaming skull as it is now, sorry
.
In the case you are certain you already knew all that beforehand and did purchase the game card from the correct store respective to your country, it would be best you seek further assistance from Jagex's Billing Support team at this point via e-mail services - [email protected] m.
They should be able to look into your situation for you there, given it is needed!
