For those of you complaining about having "no love" because you use a debit card, I'd like to say that I'm pretty sure this offer was sparked by the game stores themselves since they are exclusive to particular stores.
Like for example, Wal-Mart sells the card, but it won't count if you buy it from Wal-Mart.

You would think that the players that have an account that comes out each month from a bank account would get some perks. As we are the most faithful players on rs. Our membership don't run out unless we quit the game.. So please stop discriminating against us.
