So, what? Am I supposed to cancel my recurring membership which has been active for years just so I can go to a store and buy a membership card? Is there a way I can unlock all of these neat little cosmetic 'lures' into buying a membership just by simply being a repeat customer?
The post should have started out as such: Dear beloved members of RuneScape, you don't get squat because you didn't buy this card in a store. Oh, but this person who has never played RuneScape before in their life gets an awesome little trinket you'll never have.

OMFG im tired of the ******** runescape team for puttin it like that and most of us are already a member like wtf when will we get a item like that because im paying for ******* membership and i would love a item like that. PlayingJokes ;)

The instructions don't make sense. Why does it say Gamestop for the US and then tell us to go and find a participating store located in their list and list all the other stores that are also acceptable to buy the cards at? It specifically says, you cannot get it from on-line to go to your store locator and find a store you have to physically buy one at, which many of us have done and those now don't work? Which is it? Is it ONLY Gamestop or is it Gamestop or any of the other stores listed in your "store locator".
It is very confusing, because we don't know if there is something wrong with the system (a bug) or is it just poor instructions?
Please clarify, mods, as I redeemed a card purchased from Kroger (on your store locator) and no flaming head.
