@Linchpin Liz: I'm afraid not, hun. The Netherlands aren't deemed "eligible", so there goes our chance to get the flaming skull. Just as all the previous goodies which were obtainable in the same manner.
It's this "eligibility" what puzzles me most: who/what decides if a country is eligible or not? I stated this in my former post, it would be nice if this would eventually be read by any mod and get a proper reply on this.

well that really sucks for me. i'm on vacation for 3 months in Beijing and i cant get this offer. but gotta love the privileges of having recurring membership. but it really is too bad i wish i could have gotten one
