To answer the questions Mod Drebin asked on page 3, I am going to follow Zaros(Does my name give it away?). The reason for following him? He is mysterious, and powerful, and no one (at the moment) knows if he is truly good or evil. How do I think this decision will change my story? I have no idea. This is going to be a fun update. :D

Someone being 'good' or 'evil' is an opinion. Plus, Zaros is no longer a tier 2 god. He has around the same level of power as Zamorak.
The strength of the pack is the wolf and the strength of the wolf is the pack.

For now until sliske pays zaros a visit with a welcome home to Gielinor homecoming gift A.K.A arma staff. Or sliske if hes that devoted to zaros might be offering up himself as a vessel to inhabit since zaros has no body of his own it seems. So sliske killing guthix might make sliske's body the perfect home for zaros to share, that might also reveal that sliske is a god but only time will tell what sliske the mystery will do or is in future content... O_o

We don't know about his power! He may have restored over those thousands of years in the empty plane he lived in. (Yes, Zaros was a special case)
Also, he may be nor good nor evil, just balanced - he's all about the chaos, but that doesn't mean he's really on one side :)

I know Guthix has been killed by Sliske, but I'm still a loyal follower of him. Will we really not be getting some form of emissary or representative? It would be nice to have one, even if you DID just use a current NPC to represent him.

If not, looks like I'll have to settle for Seren because of their similarities.

Godless if u really want to follow guthix he wanted to be forgotten and have mortals rely on themselves not the gods.

in live streams mod osborne has hinted that zaros is weaker in a sense now while hes been away so its been confirmed he isn't at his crazy over 9000 stat atm.

you can prob take it to that route with the godless if you refer hostile removal of the gods...Joining the godless would just be the start of your mad plan ^_^

Yes, we do know of Zaros' power in comparison to Zamorak's. They are about equal to one another.

I wish this had been done while Guthix was still around. I have always loved Guthix, even when there were only 3 gods represented in Gielinor. That being said, I am not going to join the godless faction.

I suppose I will join with either Armadyl or Zaros.

Armadyl because he seems way better and more sincere than Saradomin, who I think is a scheming turd bag, and because we must bring the usurpers down!

Zaros because he seems like a cool dude, and to reflect sentiments shared by some others, because his followers seem like good allies and extraordinarily helpful. Plus what I ended the last paragraph with.

My gameplay won't change much other than purchasing gear aligned to my chosen god and taking steps to ensure my gods victory.

I really like the idea about tasks for helping the cause.

I do have a question though, in TWW we were given the option to state that we would try to use the power the Guardians of Guthix had given us to ascend to godhood ourselves. Obviously there won't be an emissary for us, but will players be able to explore that option in content to come?
