listen i'm f2p and i think this quest is for members but i still think good on them (jagex) to have fun little quest. yes you may get nothing you like but it's bacon and 99% of people like bacon, plus if you don't like it:

A) live with it

B)quit

C)keep it to yourself

A - Your F2p and should not even be allowed to post on these forums to be honest but Anyway I am living with it, Just venting my frustration, I just think their are other ways to have a good quest with humor, not just one that sounds silly and looks silly

B - I would Quit, Honest I would Quit, But Wow is too Expensive and Elder scrolls online is not coming out until Next year sadly, Maybe once Guild wars 2 ( who know how to release content, Just not dungons for maxed players ) Gets raiding then ill go back, But Lets see. But until then I am going to play rs

c - No that would defeat the purpose of the fourms. I should be able to vent my frustration about a silly quest. That is what I am doing.

Ps - Before someone goes " Your total level is too low to be able to post crap " My total level would be higher if Runescape was a better game, It is a good game but it could be better with some good content and Quests. But hey maybe I just need to lighten up. Curse Combatants

If you read the forum, EVERYONE is excited about this quest. Get your bacon-hating butt outta here. Some of us are happy for an update like this! I was thinking about finally quitting because of the new lay-out, but adding BACON to the game has made me decide to stay <3

You probably hate the pirate series, too.

I literally just got back from the store, I went and bought 6 pounds of bacon! Some so I can eat it now, but I want to eat bacon with the quest!!!

Hello Sir The only response I have for you is that

A- I do not care what the others think they have a view and I have my own view. if I hate bacon, So I hate bacon end of story, I am just venting my views on matter which I have the right to do

B - Not really important if you were or were not, the point being is The game is only going to get worse and its starting with stupid quests like this one and looking ahead i can only see more failures. Agian I hope I am wrong about what I think might happen, Maybe Rs3 will be a success just as much as Eoc was ( Sarcasm ). But only time will tell Curse Combatants

Saran if you're just venting why aren't you in the rants! Also you're answer to A was pretty disrespectful especially considering you seem like you're probably a veteran player! Also like I said before some people like ridiculous quests! Think about this 2 of the first quest were to basically bake a cake and sheer sheep! They might seem stupid to some people now but people got riled up when they demoted sheep shearer!Hey just curious saran what is wrong with their future plans?

Plus when he said "what [JaGex] is best known for," I thought it was the inability to fulfill promises.

Regardless, I'm glad a new quest is coming out. About time. An attorney defends a man sued for walking around town in his underwear. It was a brief case.

A new quest with a cheerful and humorous tale seems great to me right now. Can't wait to play through it! I'm foaming at the mouth - ready to sink my teeth into some juicy meat. ;)

A Battle Pig. Hmmm. I'd prefer to call it Battle Boar. Hey, look at Bandos, nothing but a big High Boar God of War. I shall take it down with a Battle Pig as my summon.

That's right, I'll aim to become God! They did mention it, if I'm not wrong. I wonder why almost no one is interested on it? Hmm.

On a different topic, pig beer? How do you make it? By using aged blended pig meat as a brewing agent? And where are the sausages and hot dogs?! Blasphemy. I don't really like bacon cuz it's too greasy, I prefer sausages instead...

Quest #189 and I'll have to beat it to wear the Quest point cape again, but I do not mind that one bit.

I'm excited about doing this upcoming quest as for one I love to eat bacon and to be honest it has been maybe a week since I've had bacon since some people put it in with baked beans when they cook them.

3 different pig familiars to choose from and I'll try out all 3 before I make my final choice of what one to use, but it might end up being the Battle Pig.

Now as for that Bacon song...... EPIC!!!!!

That is one I will be adding to my playlist on the game.

Oh.. I better not forget about the voice acting. That should be very interesting as well. :P
