They aren't going to listen to the players that don't like SoF, because they know that the truth is people aren't going to enjoy the game less or quit their memberships just because it's in place.
I constantly see people threatening to quit because of SoF, but I know just as well as the guys at Jagex that it's a false threat. They've actually hit the nail on the head money wise with the SoF, because it manages to net them money through RWT without directly affecting anyone negatively. It doesn't even affect the economy negatively, because everyone uses their two spins and gets roughly the same advantage from it, thus items and money are devalued but at a consistent rate.
Whilst I don't support the SoF in any way, the people raging on this thread need to step back and think about how economically viable it is. It's not going to go away unless everyone refuses to use their spins, and who can resist when there's a pop up every time you log in and a tiny possibility for rare items?
