Jagex Jagex Jagex,,, the way you collect your info regarding people 'liking' the squeel by checking who uses it, okay ... but if you ever read the forums, nobody ever claims to want a SoF update!
there are so many things to fix, so many others thing that could be created, but instead, all time goes into SoF.
i haven't seen 2 clean weeks straigth without a SoF update, first time it launched i was pretty excited about it, seeing it as a small daily activity with a chance to have a bit of luck in your unlucky day.
but then SoF began expanding, in a -HIDDEN UPDATE!- Microtransactions got added and in -ANOTHER HIDDEN UPDATE!- the amount of buyable spins got increased.
also, then there came these free spin rewards from quests, which Quest Capers really angered!
And a week or 2 later, we began having the 'Mad May'-weekends, everything was about SoF and Rewards again, and everybody once again went: why jagex, why?
but this couldn't be the end, and so jagex released an updated Fish Flingers, which is really great and stuff, but it couldn't, once again, go without a SoF update, and thus "Squeel of Neptune" was born, along with a Tradeable Rare Item, which will become discontinued after the summer (along with Dragon and queen ceremonial cosmetic items).
A week after that, an out-of-nowhere update was released which gave discounts to buying spins for a period of time.
And now... A 200m grand-prize on the SoF? 5x Gold Increase permanent?

The hell jagex, We Don't Want Updates Of The Squeel Of ****Youne!
Yes, we use the squeel because this goblin always appears on the UI, and there is a tab, and we use what we can't get rid off!
You Developers only update the squeel because the coding takes 5-10 minutes max, so arguments about using dev time elsewhere is invalid in your eyes.
BUT! JUST STOP THOSE DAMNED UPDATES!, EVERYTIME THERE ARE RANTS ABOUT THEM! OPEN YOUR YES FOR A TIME! OPEN A VOTING IF YOU WANT THE TRUE OPINIONS OF THE PLAYER BASE!
