You know, Jagex, the following is a direct quote of one of your rules from time long past when you held the respect of your players:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"The reason for this is simple - We want RuneScape to be a game where everyone has the same chance regardless of their wealth in real-life.
This is also the reason we don't sell RuneScape items for cash on our own website. Even though we could make extra money in this way. We don't think it's fair or even fun if players can just buy their way to the top!"
You have had almost purely negative feedback about the ability to buy spins from both people with the money to waste on them and people outraged that others with more money than they have can aquire an unfair advantage ever since you gave players the ability to do so.
I'm aware that despite this you have players still buying spins- among them are children abusing parents credit cards with no permission I might add- and not complaining about it. I know the enjoy the fact that they are able to do this. Mine and millions of others complaint is that they are gaining an unfair edge in the game with ***your permission***.
It wrong Jagex, just wrong. And you are allowing it. Why?? We know it's no coincidence that all this started after you were bought out by American companies. Though that does --not-- change the fact that you are ultimately the ones responsible for this.
I don't know any other way to word this. ***Please*** redeem yourselves and just remove the ability to buy spins from the wheel. You can sugarcoat it will legal talk all you want, you know this is RWT and you are giving players with real life wealth an increased chance at getting this 200 million dollar prize.
Hmm, I still have some characters left............
"The reason for this is simple - We want RuneScape to be a game where everyone has the same chance regardless of their wealth in real-life."
Right?
