If u think about it items are still useful as a faster teleport. For example with the new canifis lodestone u can go from there to port phasmatys but using ectophial is still faster so items r still useful The Worst Part is Waking Up

Not about Lodestones, but since the video was titled "Transport Update" on the homepage, here's a suggestion you should really implement:

Make it so transportation methods like Fairy Rings and Gnome Gliders don't work on a central hub. Just pop up the three letter code interface immediately when a player activates a Fairy Ring without having to tele to Zanaris first. Same for Gliders and the Grand Tree. Once you go NXT, you never go back.

I have to agree with those that think there are already too many loadstones. Some of us worked very hard to get certain items or specific levels so we could use teleport spells. Now I rarely use a teleport spell at all. All that work for nothing. Why do you feel that you have to tailor the game to those that don't want to work at it or to those that only want player killing? I have played to long and am too close to some goals to quit now, but this game sure isn't that much fun anymore. To those that will say "then don't play" read the previous statement. The way the game is progressing, eventually all you will have to do to level up is log on, "****" everyone is now max levels.

I am 100% against this update. Lodestones effectively make the lives of impatient and poor players more convenient, thus having to destroy the RPG element that makes this game a joy to many players.

Teleportation items will now continue to decrease in value, it doesn't matter what bonuses you could give them players always like the free and easy road, and is pretty much destroying the need for Law Runes.

You had something good going with the toolbelt update since the positives and negatives were balanced. But the negatives are heavily outweighing the positives in this decision.

It's never too late to recall a decision and even though you probably won't, you are losing faith within the community, which you have just gained back, who stuck with you through a lot.

P.S While you are at it could you please get rid of all the lodestones?

Hmm... this makes my life more convenient.

Impatient, would say no; or would you have the patience to get 99 farm using herbs, oaks, orage trees, bushes, poison ivy as your main exp source; or getting 99 herby making small profit even?

Poor, thats so relevant. There always will be people richer and poorer than me.


What is the RGP element you talk about. Surely not RS snobism?

Hm, This might be a bit handy, but it may make other transportation options a bit obsolete, for example, previously, most people (that have done fairytale 2) would use fairy rings to get to canafis easily, but with the lodestone there, what is the point of that fairy ring? I don't like to argue over updates, but I think this one is a bit unnecessary, but I am not going to go on a rampage or anything, just imputing my opinion.
