So if I went ahead and pasted all of the listed quests in the game, titled correctly, regardless of right or wrong, I could have won?! MAN
No, definitely not! By ticking the quests off sequentially from Mod Osborne's confirmed list of quests he mentioned, I was able to clearly see who'd just cut & pasted the entire quest list (disqualified two nubcakes for trying that one!) so that only those who really put the effort in were up for the winning position. :)

Congratulations, now the price of those things are going to crash, and people can bring dragon pickaxes into the wilderness without risking millions.

The toolbelt needed nerfing, and instead you buffed it.

Sadly, though, it seems as if I'm alone in opposing this.
Wish the community understood that making things too easy will hurt the game, just like how Lodestones severely hurt the usefulness of teleport spells and items.
I'm not gonna put my dragon tools on the belt...

How'd you determine who won the "100 quests in two minutes" Quest-guessing challenge anyway? :O Congrats to "J3" I think it said.

I really am unsure if it is my name he's saying, they should have put it on screen. I haven't received a messaged though!
I'm ever so sorry, J3, but it wasn't you. Looking at your posting history, I couldn't actually find where you'd posted on the competition thread. The actual winner was "Bzay3", and I'll be sending them a message soon. :)
