Jagex: I don't know about others, but I have a difficult time understanding the dialect (as well as the speed of speech) of most narrators on your videos. Perhaps hire a person with 'speech skills' to narrate your videos?

To those that said this skill is easy even though we were promised complicated. You've forgotten that this is just training the skill, how you use it is when the possibilities become endless. There is still using the skill for divine plots and transmutation. Let me put in an end-game example of how Divination can become very useful with a high divination level.

Start off at any gathering plot (Fishing, Mining, etc.), with a supply of each type of energy in your inventory. Fill up the rest of your inventory by gathering your resource, and then transmute as much as you can to the highest tier possible, which will at the same time open up inventory for more goods. By the end of it, you'll end up with a full inventory of valuable goods by collecting dirt. You could mine copper and end up with runite for example.

And the porter signs, these things are a moneymakers dream. If you go to a good training spot with an entire inventory full of porter signs. You can use them one by one to instantly get your goods to the bank, and when one runs out, slap a new one on and keep going. And once you use up all your signs, you still have an empty inventory to fill up with more goods. Even with the early porters, you're bringing in six inventories worth of goods each trip. This makes valuable, secluded areas like the Haunted Mine more worthwhile places to gather supplies to sell or use.

That's just two ideas that will get hands rubbing, there's much more that can be done if you apply yourself. Divination is so much more than gathering glowing orbs and tossing them into a pit.

Edit: Portents, no they're not supposed to make your food more effective. It's meant to automate your food consumption, so you don't have to bother clicking on the food when you need to eat it. It's built for lazy people really.

If it's not going to contribute, don't say anything at all. It's obvious you, above everyone else, has no life because at least everyone else here is here to play runescape, but you on the other hand is simply browsing around the forums of runescape insulting it (which contradicts your message).

My simple tips:

1: Have a Sixth Age Circuit with you. This is obtainable after The World Wakes with all prerequisites. Next, collect chronicle fragments. Once you get 10 chronicle fragments, use the teleport option on the Sixth Age Circuit to go to Guthix's shrine. Once there, donate the chronicle fragments to the shrine. In addition to the Divination xp, you'll get a memory (not the ones used for Divination) saying something about balance.

2: Once an Enriched wisp appears, destroy ALL your regular memories to make room for the enriched ones.

3: Wanna get rid of your spare energy? Sell it. If that doesn't work, be generous and give it away.

4: Beg Jagex to allow people to get more than 10 Chronicle Fragments a time

7: Wait until Jagex allows for people to gain xp using skill lamps

8: Wait until you can use pendants

9: Wait until you can use prized pendants

10: Wait until Jagex releases the skilling outfit

11: Wait until you can train with a Mad Necklace

12: Wait until you can train with a Pudding Amulet

13: Get lucky on the Squeal of Fortune

15: Wait until you can train with the Heartbreak and Heartwarming Pendants

16: Wait until you can train with the Pumpkin Amulet

17: Wait until another method of training is available

18: Refer to tip 14

19: While Dungeoneering, train in Daemonheim (yes, you can do that).

--------NOTE: The tips without periods are jokes. Sorry about those.--------

Its a good guide and all, but the information is incorrect. Given the fact that the OFFICAL runescape youtube channel is not a fan-made channel, the information should be correct..
Bit of a disappointment, but nevertheless congrats Silent on your first offical 'gig'
