Silent probably had to rush to get this out, give it time and he'll adapt. Other than that one screwup and not mentioning going to the guthix altar for more XP the guide was good.
You can also take your chronical fragments to Guthix's resting place in Ardougne (after The World Wakes quest), which will give you even more XP than you would get by turning them in at Draynor
With enriched wisps, the life of them is prolonged by the first 4 players who intitially interact with them, automatically providing 1 memory from their inventory if they have one. It's the donation of this memory which prolongs the wisp's life. Enriched wisps appear every 20 minutes, at different times past the hour on different worlds.
The boons provide an invisible, permanent +10% boost to your Divination XP.
Completing all of the tasks in the Divination task set can provide you with 500 flickering energy, useful for helping you train at the Falador wisp colony
You could also use some to make that level 20 boon
Btw, at level 30 you go to the wisp colony at the Digsite for the next best XP rate you
Liking the content in the guide and I hope more additions and tweaks can be made

Wow, Divination really needed a guide?
It's:
1. Gather memories
2. Deposit memories
3. Repeat until you can move on and do exactly the same, at a new location!
^This isn't the most in-depth guide but it's a lot less misleading than Jagex's official guide. Whoever wrote that script clearly needs to play the game and whoever thought that divination needs a guide is mistaken, it is simple and you are insulting our intelligence by thinking that we need a guide for this skill.
I will add that the orange orbs are pretty much a waste of time after lvl 10, I don't know how big the guthix boost is though;
I admit I only tested it after I got lvl 50 but here's what I came up with:
From karamja home tele to draynor, giving in the orange orbs and getting back as fast as possible took me 2 mins and about 10s, it gained me 560-some exp.
Afterwards I timed 2 mins of gathering normally and here I gained +800 exp.
Test yourself if you do not believe
Besides that the enriched nodes are 3-times as big, you can't miss em.
And ppl tend to be kind enough to shout it out, and time it. It takes approx 15-20 mins for a respawn.

Ps. don't feel offended for jagex being so kind as to make a guide. Some ppl really don't get it that fast, and I did learn a few things from this. Like nodes lasting longer with more ppl, we suspected as much but now it's confirmed
There really should be more little quirks, like different kinds of wisps. Say, some could give more energy, some could give slower, but more enriched memories, some would be more likely to generate chronicles...I don't mind it, but I definitely think that there could be a bit more imagination involved here.
this has really hit me hard as a 7 year veteran of this game... all the way till now ive had hope but this skill is a killer. It is the most under-though skill we have had reliesed since i started playing this game and for the history of runescape for that matter, it makes agility look like a walk in the park with some ice cream, and dont even get me started on how worthless the food items are, if im going to use resources to make something with a rocktail why the hell doesnt it increase its healing effectiveness/points!!
Why the hell would i use energy, time, and a rocktail to make a healing item
that heals the same amount as a normal rocktail
!! Fix this or i know a lot of normal player just will never have the motive to even give a **** about training this god forsaken skill...
