We're actually in RS 2.5 at the moment; that change hit sometime around 2009 if I remember rightly. So we're actually only taking a half step up, if that, due to the regular minor graphical tweaks since then. If you were to go back to the very inception of RS2, you'd see a much, much greater improvement. It's sort of how people moan that the graphical jump from COD:MW2 and COD:MW3 was negligible; of course it was, they're being developed essentially one after the other, in the space of two years. They're developers, not magicians.
