And why don't people understand?! You DO NOT need to use chrome. If you want to use html5 then yes you do but that only gets you extra draw distance and the joy of not having to use Java! You are still able to use Java on other browsers.

You dont even need chrome for html5, look at my post near the bottom of the last page

Play RS on Direct X, and configure your gpu towards that.

I have an i7 with a similar GPU - and I run the game like a charm.

It's more than likely a problem on your end that you haven't sorted out.

How do I set up RuneScape Beta to go on DirectX? In the Graphics settings I don't see the option.

Guys i want Runescape BACK!!! I beg you, so many players left the game because did not like, so many good players spent a lot of money with you guys and when you decide to make the evolution of combat required, was so bad, and im sincere, never played runescape like before, i love runescape, for me was my favourite game EVER and im really sad to know that is over...i admit, sometimes i cry, why? because i remember the adventures with my friends in the clan wars and in the war, i make a lot of friends, i played in brasil world because im portuguese from europe and i met a lot of friends that even today i talk with them in ***, raidcall...look guys i know you profit a lot with this combat evolution but i beg you, please bring to us the old runescape, i miss the old runescape, i miss my old friends (and are so many) that never played no more runescape as me, please jagex, please moderatiors i beg you guys, i really love runescape and im really sad and i write with my feelings and my heart, im writing on behalf of many players who also crave the return of runescape, please guys i really beg you, the brasilian worlds are always empty or with a few players, i really thought that You think in us, in players, in they wishes, but unfortunely i begin to agree with the others that the jagex only think only in money, seriously i love RUNESCAPE and i cant stop to play this wonderful game( my own favourite) but i want you put runescape when it was, please guys, and pay attencion, if you do that i garantee you that runescape worlds, brazilian, french, english, germain, spanish and holland will be full, and the members will grow up and so many money come to you , I'll give my example, i never pay anithing for a game, but runescape was the only game that i spent my money to that, and if you bring runescape back i garantee that mutch money ill go spent in You, i have 99 atk, 99 str, 86 def and 97 hp, i really want 99 hp and 99 def, but since runescape made the evolution i never
