While I am definitely excited for RuneScape 3, I am also skeptical. I fear it might not be ready in time. The EoC certainly wasn't ready on release and it still has quite some flaws. While the RS3 betas seem to be more successful, there are still numerous bugs and 'awrinesses' to be dealt with. I, and many others, still have feedback threads on the forums with issues that haven't been addressed yet. The HTML5 stuff seems to work mostly, but if the NIS were released as it is now, I'd barely be able to play at all. :/

As for the Battle of Lumbridge and other stuff where we influence what happens:

I hate choices.

I just hope there will not be multiple outcomes of this Battle of Lumbridge; rather slight differences in dialogue or something like that for the different choices.

In summary, I'm very excited for RS3 - but don't rush it.

For those of us that refuse to download Google chrome, the release date is of no concern. Way to go Jagex, force another third of the community out of the game.

I literally can't even play it because the lobby s unresponsive on chrome.

I'm happy in all but thing is I am missing something called a max fragment uniform vector. I have no clue what that is...

EDIT: I learned what a max fragment uniform vector is but what is the minimum?

Very excited!!!!!!!!!!
I won't be using the graphical update just yet and stick to Java, as my FPS in the beta is horrible, but I assume that'll come.

I really hope the rest of the year is packed with quests and bosses and new skills and... more awesome things

Just one question and I don't know if anyone can answer it for me. When the content is a story progression, does it mean I can't get to the quests I haven't got to and have started already?

I think it's just the beta that can only work on Chrome. When the actual thing comes out i think it will work on Firefox and even Explorer.

but seriously, who uses Explorer anyway?

The day of Runescape 3 is finally upon us and I am looking forward to it.

I have tested out both the NIS beta and the HTML5 beta and I had very low to no lag in the NIS beta when playing it alone and not on some other online game, but the I had heavy lag when I played the HTML5 beta and computer screen was messing up a bit that I had to do a complete reset just to fix it.

My computers computer specs should be fine either way, but I'll wait till the 22nd to give a final verdict on how well I'm able to play.

As for Divination coming out a few weeks after Runescape 3 I will say that it will be released on either Aug. 5th-6th or Aug. 12th-13th.

It should be a blast using divine powers in the game. I wonder what kinds we will have? The ability to command cows to go on a rampage against the farmers? I'd pay good gp to see that. Lol
