I know that you guys are working really hard on Runescape 3 right now, but this month was pretty bad..

Where is the range dungeon that you promised would be out in the beginning of the year? Where is the Evolution of Summoning? Where are the new skills? Where is the construction update?

These are things that i would think many players would wanna see, and also fixes to the Eoc.

The farming update looks promising and if done right will be a pretty nice update I expect, that is all though. I will remain on 07 alongside like half the playerbase...
1/4 of the playerbase actually.

I like the look of this month, especially God Emissaries :o The Farming update sounds like it could be ok, and I hope I like the look of the new Prayer training area (it had better not take distraction away from the other, greater, swamp though -.-)

However, this month would have been 10x better if there was a quest snuggled in there too... I really hope you release a lot more in upcoming months than you have been doing. :(

EDIT: Also, I can't wait much longer for the Construction update! I'm really excited for it, when is itttt? :P

Nexus - cool, f2p have needed a low level training method for prayer for EVER- wait, it's member's only? WTF guys? I guess f2p only deserve chicken bones?

I guess it's still a good low level feature, but don't expect it to be that popular. Believe it or not, most players start off as FREE TO PLAY, level for a while, then buy membership. It's why the goblin raids flopped so heavily.

God Emissaries - new lore is good, but it doesn't sound like I'll be here long. Listen to what they have to say, grab a standard, complete a few objectives, go home. What's there to keep me engaged? I see a similar problem as above, with the finite prayer xp meaning eventually players will stop using it.

Farmed and Dangerous - good use of those allotment and whatnot patches. How will we obtain these seeds? Will the plants do anything besides yield us a bit of xp in those skills? ''enhancing god brews'' sounds promising, do you mean saradomin/zamorak brews? Elaborate!

Bonus xp tidy up I suppose this is good. There have always been issues where I could wear this bonus xp yielding item, but it replaces my incredibly powerful item in that slot, yielding a net penalty. IE: sacred clay scimitar vs chaotic maul.

beta - i want to test that interface! Open it up to more players, I swear I'll feedback like you've never seen, as long as you listen (unlike my 130 bug strong thread you've been ignoring...) Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.

I would like to say something constructive to the flamers. This year is RS3 and the NIS system. With huge, massive changes like these you can't expect every month to be a gem or filled with beautiful content, quests, etc. as more of their resources is aimed at RS3 at the moment. Think about how long it's been since we had our RS1 to RS2 change, this time was bound to happen and we're in the eye of the storm so-to-speak.

Look at this perspective: We get an update to do a new quest. Okay we go through that quest and it's fun and done, end of content. Or a new city opens up like Sophanem, we explore it maybe look at a new shop or two it's cool stuff, pretty...one small area of land in the game. When we have RS3 and NIS it's not just something you go and do for a day, it's not one area of the game that is affected, it's the WHOLE game you get to see and a new feel ALL of the time. As Mod Mark stated, "like through a new set of eyes". It's also fixing the lag issue and performance which I know must of us don't like. I know this thread is on this month's BTS, but I'm just throwing all of this out there.

I would much rather have this than any quest, content update, skill or whatever but also because I am patient and know it's for the best of the game and its survival at the moment. I know RS will pick back up and come alive again in the near future. Be patient.

As for the continued quest lines, the BTS #49 video was to help get in touch with the community and their opinions on the next continued quest storyline by having a poll. They are trying to make it our game this year after all, so they haven't forgotten.

Hey mod drebin, jagex, how about you guys stop defending yourselves and for once.. Just ONCE admit you messed up. You killed the game for high leveled players yesterday. I suppose the whole premier club was just to suck people into buying a year of mems before you guys had a year of updates that you knew would be terrible. You were finally starting to get eoc to a point where it was playable and now its just garbage all over again. And whats up with your complete inability to test updates? 75 prayer bonus on white boots? Multiple nexes spawning at once? You might as well have lied to us about hardmode nex cause that was definitely hardmode. Also what happened to the range slayer dungeon that was supposed to come out with the world wakes? Another lie. What happened to the skill coming out in early 2013? That was a lie. How about mentioning that you were gonna make it so you need to range to nex efficiently in your crappy bts last month? Oh sorry that would just be considered hiding the truth. Guess what you didn't improve your game, you haven't improved it all year and you are losing more players than you can count on the remaining players fingers AND toes. Get it together.

Oh and here's some constructive criticisim fpr this months updates so my post doesn't get hidden: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Fix whats broken before you add more broken content. Thanks.
