@ME self.
i take it you dont understand the issue you your self has just come up with.
1. if jagex them self sells the spinns its considered legal because they( the one who made the game) gain's the proffet.
2. now if someone ellse s selling in-game money items lvling exc. it dont give jagex eny money. in fact it brakes there rules they make for the game
for instance:1. never give enyone ellse your pass, NEVER.(including friends or family).
2. advertiseing websight's( witch fall's into play sponcering gold and power lvling sight and selling rs item for real currency exc.)
3. macroing and or use of bots. (as we all know botting has been the number one killer sence programers out there has started mas producing scrips for them for the lazy).
just somthing to scratch you noggin over a little.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
now for the topic of this thread fully..... spins are, how can i say a form of gambleing.
people do these stupid flower games at g.e just to scam others outa there money when they get tired of loseing so much durring the prosses. they either telliport or log.
now the spin game is kinda like that but...you know your gonna get somthing outa it.
if you guys want to get rid of one of the gambling problems? get rid of pick 3, hot/cold, exc. thows are the gambling games that needs to quit in runescape.
and im shure im gonna get people crying over this post because they love to scam people outa there money like that.(hosting a flower game because there to lazy to skill like the rest of us)>.> nother words what im saying its no worse than people doing that scam of a game in there and to be honist? jagex take away the flowers to solve that problem, make them disapear. if they want to abuse some items to do scams take them away. idk if they did the same with the dice, for dice gambling but havent seen that around in a while and quite glad. keep crying kiddies, you will never get what you want.

From a real life legal point of view,
Now that Jagex charge money for spins, isnt this now classified as gambling? after all, you gain an in game advantage from the prizes and it is a game of chance, is it not.
So Jagex is now running an on line casino, a bit of fun, no harm in that, though some hard line parents might object.
However, if this activity is classified as on line gaming and Jagex are offering two chances for the price of one in their packages, i.e. pay them more money and you get a larger chance of winning. Then I wonder how this would sit with some countries on line gaming regulators.
an interesting question to discuss in forum?
Andy :)
