i have been a member for about 5 + a lot more years never missed a payment as I pay buy direct debit. why should I have to change my payment method or do any think different to get it. you do the same all the time, direct debit users always miss out. TazIII

IMO, the armor goes well on the DFS (I bought the 3 month membership :D )

Also, Hide Helmet does not show the helmet we're wearing. Example: If I'm wearing my Helm of Warping, and I hit Hide Helmet for the Aurora helm, the Helm of Warping does not show up. Instead, it's just my default head.

Isn't it a shame how people who pay monthly from card get absolutely nothing :)
just members loyalty program which hasn't been updated since it came out. (and is awful)

I don't think i need to express my disappointment in this game :)

There's going to be an update to the Loyalty Shop in June :D . I hope we have more frequent updates for it in the future though.

Oh, well that makes things a little better I guess,

However, my account is a 10-year-vet, i dread to think how much money has been spent on membership and its frustrating to see some methods of payment don't qualify for some packages - infact, i don't believe mine has qualified for anything..

Someone please remind jagex they're still getting money from loyal members. :|
