If ALL the accounts ever made would be online at the same time, you would need like a 100k servers available, at least. I don't even wanna think of the lagg that would give.
But gratz on the 200M and I hope this gives you a boost to keep up the good work

You are slightly off focus.
Not ranting about the bots themselves,
but am very disappointed in how Jagex inflate their ego, and lie to the public/customers/investors/(possibly themselves too) by calling bot accounts "players".
200 mil "players" is a plain lie.
Then again, looking at the past, we all know that Jagex has that as a habbit.

They should change the counter to a race to 50m legit accounts instaid of 100m+ bothers and rwters

Whoo! I have been playing started playing on rs in 2006 but my account got hacked and I only really started playing again recently (This is a different account). There has been at lot of updates and such like anti-bot systems. I really hope Runescape gets it's 200 millionth account I believe as a reward, members to be chosen at random and they will get 200 million coins to celebrate the event I hope I will see the spectacular event in game so I can see the happiness people have. p.s To all people who think most of them are bots I think it is like 2% bots now due to anti-bot software and the many people joining in the effort to rid this game of bots. Thank you JaGeX for making this..... More then a masterpiece
