thats a great accomplishment and all, but a lot of them will be bots which i dont think you can celebrate :/ obviously you cant distinguish the bot accounts from the genuine but the 2million is just misleading. ~~ This is a boring signature ~~

Okay, for all the people commenting about the bots, even if many of the accounts are bots, that many accounts is still amazing because just the fact that the game is popular enough for bots to be created is amazing. Many of the bot makers do it to make money. If the game wasn't popular, there wouldn't be a huge influx of bots. BTW, I don't use or condone the use of bots, I just think that instead of saying bots are bad and being angry at Jagex, maybe you should congratulate them on making a successful game. Congrats Jagex.

There will be a bot nuke within the next month to 6 weeks.

It is momentous to have 200m accounts created, but yeah, the majority are bots. It would be interesting to see how many of these accounts are actually legitimate runescape players.
Also, it would be interesting to see how fast that counter went up AFTER the bot nuke... Though I don't think we'll see that. Convenient?
