If you by Premium mean gold or silver member, theres a beta button on FrontPage, to the right on screen. A little lower than log in buttons.

Hit that beta button, and it will take you to the betagame.

Try restarting your computer. This happens to me every now and then with the bestiary, and it seems to fix it.

i have been accepted in beta but i cant seem to enter it. it loads like normal, but when i enter the lobby (after logging in) everything freezes; i cant click the play button or the lobby tabs. also ive tried refreshing a bunch of times but it all happens again...whyyy :(
