Is runescape 3 really needed? Most players I've talked to play on low graphics and often with sound off. They are unhappy Jagex is working on graphics too much and not the game content and fixing the bugs, glitches, and tweeking the game to make it more fun to play. That is one huge reason many players are playing old school.
Even myself I play low graphics, and sound off. Higher level graphics for me makes it harder to see my drops and the sounds drive me nutty. I'd rather listen to elevator music than hearing chopping sounds etc. in my ear.
We want to play with less lag is html 5 going to improve lag and use less memory?
And can I still play on my xp? I'm not going to run out and buy another computer just to play runescape.
We still are waiting for the ability to actually be able to 1 hit a dumb spider kind of lame with 99's and you can't even kill them hardly. Took me like 5-10min to kill 6 chickens just because I forgot my weapon and needed a few tokens for ghost ahoy.
I'm actually getting used to eoc although that is my biggest complaint currently that and the weaknesses...I think it would of been better for jagex to not seperate mage weaknesses by fire water air and earth. And same with range not bolts and arrows just make the weaknesses by Range, mage, melee but maybe some added secret bonus damage in background for using the exact weakness that is a big complaint of other players they can no longer just train melee on everything when doing slayer, because stuff they used to enjoy killing they no longer can kill.
One friend was working on 200mil in slayer and attack he quit eoc went to 07 because of this. He was maxed all but dungeoneering ...through all away just to restart slay and attack again ...that is sad years of hard work and enjoyment lost and now I can't even get him to come hang out with me to do some dungeoneering. He isn't my only friend that quit eoc either even messed up my clan members don't want to come cap citadel or events
