"I am able to log into my account on the beta, but upon reaching the multi-tabbed login screen where I should be able to click the large golden "PLAY" button, I am unable to interact with anything on this screen. Clicking anywhere on the applet does nothing. :( I am on latest version of Chrome with updated drivers. Windows 7 64 bit." Reply;

Firstly IIoversdude, I had the same problem which I resolved by removing the RS gamebar I had loaded on the page. Don't know if the situation is the same for you but worth a mention nonetheless. Secondly, while RS 3 is undoubtedly laggy, the colours too bright, it crashes and our stuff in the bank and invent are difficult to see.... it is still absolutely marvellous :) I love
the depth of vision and increased sense of immersion in the game. The view from the top of the wizards tower is awesome!

I'm still getting the 'Error_game_js5connect' when i try load the page. I know there were/are plenty of people with this problem, what did you do to fix this?

Also maybe 1/50 times i try load the page it gets through and when i try log in it says 'connection timed out try a different world'.

Guys like they said it will lag like heck its MOSTLY, not because of your computer..... the code is raw, its not as developed as the current game which means you could have a super computer and it will still have low fps... because they have let say just as an example 5 times more code lines just to do one thing while in the current game....which runs fine..... is 4 times less code lines .... just as an example....so no matter what you will lagg until they fix and shorten the code....let alone alot of people joining at once and them creating the bugs will not help....... so like they said either wait a little till they can improve the fps or just try to go with it.....(these are all hypotheticals i know none of you have a super computer im just making a point and im not insulting their coding skills)

Anyone else getting alot of lag on HTML 5?

My impressions i think fog still needs to be a big part of the game, but should be seen at a certain distance away from where your standing. I went on Ice Mountain and theres alot of things that look disfigured. But this is understandable for a beta.

I am aan ongoing player who recently got into beta, now i have an Acer Chromebook OS and my framerate is around 7-12 . This was on lowest settings. Will this get better on Alpha next week? . otherwise this looks wonderful i wish i had a good enough computer to visualize all the new settings. -Ex**us

my experience so far.
the frame rates are low but that was expected.
being able to have the big draw distance is really nice. i also like how i can click anywhere in that distance and get there, with out the need to do many clicks to get where i want to go.
on my end the graphics are a little blurry but i am sure that is due to me being unable to adjust the resolution. and my monitor seems to be blurry in the same manner when i dont have it set to its native resolution anyway. so will have to see how that plays out with this in the future.

over all from doing some exploring and just walkabouts it looks very promising.
if this client can get to the point that it runs as smooth as the current java does. i can see how this will be a major improvement,

some of the bright areas or "whites" are a lil bright for me on my end. having shadows on helps with this but still needs a little adjustment for me on my end.

load times for the environment a bit slow but that's expected also with out any real optimization as of yet.

Overall, not to bad im going to continue to explore just to get a feel of what this could potentially be when all is done with it. as there are a lot of places im still wanting to see. im in hopes the graphics will get cleaned up as more options are added in the settings.

thanks jagex keep up the good work.
