Let me get this out here, the beta, Graphics, and everything you've done so far is absolutely amazing. Now, on to the post.
The first initial thing I noticed was my Frames. I'm running a fairly high GPU, GTX 660Ti and bottle-necking it currently with an i5 2400 @ 3.1Ghz CPU. I will be upgrading that processor to an i7 3770k @ 3.5Ghz when it comes in. Also running 4 gigs of DDR2 and will be upgrading to DDR3 16 Gigs in the near future after the processor.
With the current specs said, i5 2400 and GTX 660Ti, I'm sure my computer can run RuneScape 3 on the highest settings. So, upon initial log in, I bumped it up to the highest settings. My Frames are running at a consistent 10-15 frames with AA on. Turning that off, of course, increases it by a point or 2 which is to be expected. I turned it down to low, just to see what it would do, and it my frames stayed at the constant 10-15 with the occasional 25. In Default RS, I was pulling 50 frames constant on high settings. Which brings me into the first question, is the HTML 5 client optimized yet? Or is it still a work in progress on those sides of things? Obviously, as a whole, it's still being tested because it's a Beta. But the FPS issue is quite a huge problem. That needs to be resolved ASAP so you can get other bugs worked out. No good if you can't get people in game.
Secondly, Monsters. I logged into the Slayer tower, first thing I see is a Bloodveld climbing on the wall. Not really climbing, more like floating. I'm pretty sure if this is happening here, it is happening elsewhere
Other than that, it's a beautiful thing to log in and see a town in the distance from the top of the Slayer Tower. When you run by the water, see your reflection in it. RuneScape has come a very long way and for that, I want to congratulate JaGeX on the release of *********. I will be looking forward to beta testing it more in the future.
