200m will still be the limit? F2p are coming back to highscores? New tools and features?

I "would" have been really excited, except for the fact that there has been a common theme from Jagex of;

1. Release a very cool update
2. Break a zillion other things.

I sincerely hope you have a decent discussion surrounding the PIR (Post Implementation Review) process of EOC release!

I must say I am very impressed, played since 2001 and seen all the changes, the game has been stagnant for a while, competition has been one step ahead - HOWEVER this is changing and Jagex are upping the competition, and it looks amazing! hope launch goes well and can not wait to start Beta testing

For years I have wanted to be able to see more of runescape at once.
I always thought it would be awesome to climb to the top of White Wolf Mountain and peer out at the vast expanse.

Im excited don't get me wrong but for people with old computers like me (my graphics card is 100Mb - it isn't good) that have old hardware, is there any way to know if my pc will be able to run it without major problems?
Are you going to release a beta version for a small period of time and have some sort of test that we can make to be shure it will not lag alot or crash the client every time I open the game?

ps: my pc is so bad I lagged alot! wen I opened the bestiary the couple times I tried :/
