I am eagerly waiting for the sign up! Even though I am already signed up since I am in the gold premier club

@Leuc - It was 14:16:33 when you posted that and it's now 14:27 as I post this. I think they're waiting for midday in the US too.
Or maybe there is only a certain team of people managing the sign-up's and they haven't started their shift yet.

Doubt they would restrict you to using beta.

Leave it to Jagex to Fk up something as simple as a beta sign-up. They're always taking their time and waiting till the last minute to do sht.
