No interest. Would rather more time spent on adding the new content you've promised this year, rather than fulfilling the cries of a small percentage of the community who blatantly broke your rules in order to get their point across.

The endless spam & the vulgar display of flaming would instantly say to me "You know what, no. If you don't have respect for us, then why do we care about you and your opinion?".

You made the rules for a reason, and they've been absolutely abandoned by the players who cried out for an "Old School" version of the game since the announcement of the EoC. Why the hell should you bend over backwards as a company to fulfill the requests of such a small percentage of the Community?

Realistically there's at most 80,000 players on at any one time throughout the day these days, a large portion of which are Gold Farming & Sales Bots, and only roughly 400 players using the forums at any one time.

Evolution of Combat brought new life to RuneScape, a game which a far greater percentage of your Community are still playing and that is what's important.

RARE's! And how they could be implemented into the 2007 Server's!

So here's what I've been thinking and I think it would make sense.

In the General Store you would have a set limit of rare's, so it would be like this;

100 Yellow Phat's - Store Price - 500m
100 Red Phat's - Store Price - 500m
100 Blue Phat's - Store Price -500m
100 White Phat's - Store Price - 500m

250 Santa Hat's - Store Price - 150m
250 Red Halloween Masks - Store Price - 150m
250 Green Halloween Masks - Store Price - 150m
250 Blue Halloween Masks - Store Price - 150m

Once player's earn enough GP to buy said Rare they want from the store, they can and the stock will drop and drop until there is none left to buy and once that happens these items will be classed as "Rare". And the price will start to rise above the starting price that was the store price.

So it'll be based on who works the hardest to obtain the money required to buy said Rare item and that's why I think it would be fair and give players a goal to work towards on the server.

The price's and stock is an example of how my idea would work and it would be down to Jagex to figure out a good stock limit and price point to put these items at.

I can see why it may look like Jagex is being money hungry letting only their members vote, and it's unfortunate because many veterans like myself who have been making monthly payments unsubbed because of the EOC and we have to pay another months worth of membership (which we probably won't use) just to have our voices heard on this matter. Although I can see why Jagex would only want their members to vote since they need people who can financially support the company, it's still unfair to veterans like myself who have to buy membership again just to vote.

As for the whole fresh start topic, I agree it would be "cool" to start fresh cause it would be a clean slate and it's fair to everyone, but take a moment to think about how long it would take for the economy to get going. Also I think this is unfair to people who have already spent years getting those 99s and it's ridiculous to expect them to stay and pay extra just to *tart as a level 3. It's really cool that Jagex is finally listening to their players and I can see why Jagex would do this looking at it from a business point of view and maximizing capital etc since people would have to buy months of membership to get their levels up, but it's like you wake up and your parents gave you the wrong toy for Christmas. Anyways, I'd still like to thank Jagex for letting voice our opinions via forums.

Every new account made on runescape now gets a free 14 days trial membership.

But wait! you cannot vote with trial accounts.

But wait again! how much it costs to buy membership on trial accounts???

1.98$!

Make a new trial membership account, buy member for 1.98$ , vote and repeat.

If the whole community does this for 7 time, we will get 750k votes easily.

Please share this everywhere so we can reach our goal and unlock f2p on these servers.

You don't like 07 servers? don't play on it. Least you could do is vote so we can reach the free fee, that is the only logical answer. Yes i know most of you don't actually think rationally.

If you don't like 2007 servers then you have your 2013 servers to play on. Why are you even on this thread expressing your opinion if you prefer EoC over the glory days of runescape. The days with no overpowered weapons, potions, prayers, etc. The days of a ACTUAL COMMUNITY. The days were trading was useful, with no grandexchange. The REAL merchanting days. Get real

The people who play 2007 runescape will still be paying normal membership fees...

This is just too crazy to hear, only members may vote.
Nowadays it is only about money, people like you make the criminals rate rise.
People are going to steal to pay their membership lool.
I'm really not paying to vote anyway.
I'll just wait until i can just play and if you do not change RS to 2006/2007, then there is a lot of money lost.
