After i read your meassage, i logged in after a year just so i can reply, this is probably like my first post on the forums, but the ammount of IQ lost on your comment just made me get aids, to regain being on normal IQ, i had to reply... You will have your eoc levels on the evolution of c***s. IF you PLAY in the 2007 server than you will start fresh, does not mean eoc and 2007 will be restarted. Please do not join the 2007 server aswell... You have obviosly not played it, and we dont need *******.. Thanks, go ahead and vote though, even if i dont like you you can do something for the community!

Having read through all the information, I am unsure on how people are able to play. For example do you need to play the server on a account made in 2007/before or are you able to create a new account from scratch?

I'm just curious as some people may want to create a new account so they can perhaps choose a better username.

Does anyone know?

To the people crying about starting at level 3, I think you're playing RS for the wrong reasons. Levelling is half the fun! I think it will be awesome starting fresh on a level playing field.

You guys make it sound like it's hard work levelling, like it's a chore. Why are you even playing RS if this is the case?

@Robin11hood2 Well it makes no sense to start the 2007 game with stats acquired by means not available in 2007. Everyone starts fresh so new and old players are on a level playing field.
