You aren't forced to play the old servers, if you feel that way stay on the main game.

It is a completely different mentality comparing 2007scape with 2013scape, all people care about nowadays is exp and gp which was NOT what 2007scape was about and was what truly made it the golden years. It's purely about fun.

@hyrmie Say 1 million want it.. and 30 million don't want it.. jagex can tell those 30 million not to play it.. Out of sight out of mind. Why turn down 1 million peoples money because people that it won't even effect don't like it? Now if it effected all 31 million people than a "no" option would make sense.

EDIT: Before you go crazy and say 31m million people don't play runescape!!! I *now.. I was just making a point that even with 30x more people not wanting it... it still doesn't matter

@Hurmyie They're doing this to see how many people approve of it, if many people approve they will revive the servers for them to play on.

There's no question that the majority of people are going to vote in favor of this. Jagex launched this poll because of the overwhelming number of people who brought this up time after time. If there is an 80/20 split the 20 will be the buzz kills who don't want it, not the other way around.

i think it would be ignorance to vote no if you are an eoc lover, you already have stragglers that don't belong in the eoc community who are stuck there causing trouble because they don't have their pk system. Why not vote yes and let the pkers go back to their thing?

Or will they? I think the vote will be rigged (by people buying membership just to get to vote) and then the new servers will get a much lower number of members who stay with it over time. It will die, just like RSC has. So, we will be made to pay for something that we don't want.

Only time will tell if I'm right.
