The people who are spamming the same message over and over aren't going to help get what you want.. if jagex actually ends up reading these messages you'll just get a mute for spamming, it is pretty obvious there is only a few of you posting and your just posting the same thing over and over, say what you have to say and let everyone else have their turn stop spamming the thread. HELLO...... THIS IS MY OPINION , I HAVE PLAYED RS SINCE 2006 AND I WOULD NOT APPRECIATE 2007 VERSION OF RS AGAIN WITH RESET STATS. IF U ALL SAY IT IS UNFAIR BECAUSE OF THE GE... BTW, I DON'T MIND EOC. I ACTUALLY LIKE HOW SUMMONING ISN'T PART OF MY COMBAT. SOME PPL.. DON'T WANT TO PLAY A GAME 12 HRS A DAY TO LVL IT.. I HAVE A LIFE. AND ik..THAT RUNESCAPE WITH EOC WON'T CHANGE AND KEEP PROGRESSING.. BUT STILL, IF THEY MAKE THE 2007 VERSION, THERE SHOULD B NO RESETTING STATS OR ATLEAST IF SOMEONE HAD AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS MADE DURING THAT TIME PERIOD, THE ACCOUNT SHOULD HAVE THE STATS IT HAD AT THAT TIME. THEREFORE, IT WOULDN'T BE UN FAIR. AND HEY IF U DIDN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT BACK THEN, U START FROM LVL3. MAKES SENSE.

This is what will happen when you bring 2007 old school runescape! As you post you might get 50k- 750k vote but you haven't thought your way on this properly. You think your finacial thing will get if old runescape comes back but think. Everyone will be LVL 3 to start with so they will be at killing cows, chickens, rock crabs. Which means those places will be crowed and even kill one of these creatures might be impossible for a months. So some people will get annoyed and frustrated then they will train rarely. With also having to do they same thing all over again will be like when you have to repeat the same mission you played in a game again again and again with runescape being grinding some people will be frustrated before you even know it. So these frustrated players come back after 2-4 months those cows and chicken etc and they will find themself being beaten hard by those who trained so much when they didn't play. This will and more frustration and game will be dead before you know it AGAIN. So think properly on this.

This addition is not necessary.

-SOF gives goodies to everyone

-The GE helps make trading easier

-Lodestones make long trips shorter

-EoC makes combat more interesting

-The game is fine as is and provides for all needs so the old servers aren't needed

-90%+ of players like RS today and it's just a very vocal minority that don't so the 2007 servers aren't really worth it

-This change detracts resources from new SoF content and other new releases

you're listing the things which make the argument for 2007 servers stronger...SOF ruined everything...too easy to earn cash/exp off it...G.E stopped player interaction. And EoC is just boring and trying too much to be like other competing MMO's..a.k.a button bashing...
