No. Then people will just make accounts to vote and the vote would be completely off like the wilderness/free trade vote.

Doesn't take a genius to figure out that if everyone's bank is wiped there will be no rares in the game. They were from pre-2007, and they will not be in anyone's banks, so they will not be in the game.

You're literally the stupidest person ever. Maybe if you hadn't touched your account since 2007 this would be viable, but why should you get a 6+ year advantage when you've been benefiting from updates since 2007?

how about me..I quit runescape and I don't want to pay for the original game and only the 2007 server. why cant i pay only for the 2007...I will never play eoc and refuse to do so. I cant afford 10$ a month or 20$...Im a college student and have other expenses.

Whoever agrees if you already a player in august 2007, you should have the same stats as you have now. And if your no veteran, u start new.

Also people are stupid claiming that party hats and other rares will somehow be distributed into the game. The whole reason they have accumulated so much wealth is from the fact that they are OLD and RARE. Doing a re-distribution of these into the 2007 server would make them NEW and COMMON, which would make them near worthless, so to the idiots spamming about rares, they wont have any affect on the economy and have no place in the 2007 server

Jagex you must not give in to those wanting stats/items transferred but keep it so all players start out at level 3!

Why?

- Fair Start
- Gives time for all players to contribute to the economy
- Encourages growth due to the rarity of items at the beginning
- Players are saying how many will quit due to the lack of items and trade but this will honestly teach players to be more patient and to value a positive economy since RS2's current one is hyperinflated.
- By transferring over items/stats you are basically adding "Discontinued Rares" in the sense that many players will make millions and even billions by using their skill/item advantage compared to others.

++ This also makes potential gamblers completely ineffective until they do Legends Quest which can take a long time to get the requirements for, and since most florists do not have the inclination to actually work for something like this, it renders O'SevenScape safe from flower scammers!

If you give players the opportunity to transfer items/stats you are allowing that effect to re-occur on this new retro server. Please don't allow the 07's economy to be effected by the transfer of player stats/items!

They are still working on it and are still collecting ideas and thoughts on the system. With this, they may still give us the chance to transfer or roll-back at least some of the progress that us players spent years working on. Starting from scratch is simply a no-go and will spark boredom in many players before things even begin to heat up in-game.
