Jagex you must not give in to those wanting stats/items transferred but keep it so all players start out at level 3!

Why?

- Fair Start
-Gives time for all players to contribute to the economy
- Encourages growth due to the rarity of items at the beginning
- Players are saying how many will quit due to the lack of items and trade but this will honestly teach players to be more patient and to value a positive economy since RS2's current one is over inflated.
- By transferring over items/stats you are basically adding "Discontinued Rares" in the sense that many players will make millions and even billions by using their skill/item advantage compared to others.

If you give players the opportunity to transfer items/stats you are allowing that effect to re-occur on this new retro server. Please don't allow the 07's economy to be effected by the transfer of player stats/items!

Personally, I'm tired of you.

Also, starting over is not an option for most players who left in 2012, with years of development into their accounts/characters. While I would like to go back to the old school, I'm not willing to start RS completely over from lvl 3 with zero bank.

I'll live with no combat and all skills, so you guys can develop your hearts out for the 5% of the player base who actually give a crap, so at least I can achieve the goals I set out to do with this account. Beyond that, I'll be retired as far as RS goes.

So, personally I don't give a rat's (you know what) what you all you with your game. Telling me it has anything to do with what players want is bogus anyway... it has everything to do with your wallets.... and nothing else.

I'm not that stupid. And your attempts at manipulating me... I find insulting. So...

This is the most AMAZING thing i've heard. I first played this game back in 2004 and let me tell you that 2005-2006 runescape were the BEST years by far. The graphics, the game play, the community, the fighting system, the wildy!!!!

I just can't believe this is happening right now, major NOSTALGIA! THANK YOU JAGEX!

It's a great idea and I would love to play this version of the game, however, starting over with absolutely nothing is going to be a huge negative on these servers. I know I personally wouldn't want to start over. Gaining the stats we have take years. If there was a way where we could have our stats and items, I would thoroughly enjoy playing these servers.
In the end, we only regret the decisions we didn't take.

This sounds awesome! I'm really glad that Jagex is listening to a large number of players with this. I truly believe many people in the community want this as an additional thing to make this game great.

Plus, it'll bring in much greater profits for Jagex.

It's a win-win for everyone!
