Would be funny if all the bots voted, you'd have a million votes on the first day.

But seriously, my membership will be renewed and after having quit since not long after the release of free trade, it will be fun to come back to the game and relive that era, even though i was only a f2p noob at the time this should be a lot of fun. :)

It has been said that everyone is starting FRESH, from LEVEL 3, ON the 2007 system. This is a NO-GO and will drive off a HUGE quantity of players that do not have the patience and time to invest into something that they have already achieved. It's 2013 now, not 2007. In 2007, the game had 6 years-worth of resources ALREADY in-game and many players want to play AND player-kill on their mains right away.

As good as it is to have this "drive" for the 99 skills, it will not work out as everyone thinks. The game will have no exciting or high-risk PKing/activity for a LONG time and lots of player will get bored quickly. There needs to be a feature, roll-back or transfer of some sort. People have spent too much time on this game to simply start from "level 3" again. And times have changed now.

So looking forward to this. Getting every single friend and youtuber to vote for this. Although the goal of 500,000 votes or more is highly unlikely I feel, we can at least achieve 250,000 votes. But the polls are only 2 weeks. So advertise advertise advertise !

transferring your accounts would completely defeat the purpose of making this server, this server is for people that want to actually play for a LONG TIME not just go on for a month and look at old graphics with modern day stats and be bored because they have already maxed out.

A few things that you can expect from starting fresh;

- A big loss of pride in your current account(s) and a devalue of your current status that you worked hard for.
- Days, months and years worth of grinding and levelling will go to waste
- There will be no serious or high-risk PKing or action in-game for MONTHS or even a year. (players, or veterans in particular do NOT have this sort of time nowadays).

It's important to the success of this 2007-based system that there be some sort of transfer, option(s) or feature(s) that give us a head-start or boost to get things happening in this said system.

No. I like the starting fresh idea. I'm almost maxed but I think starting fresh simplifies things. It's been said before, bringing stats back to old rs would bring this economies problems to old rs. People with 91+ Rc for example. Also, it would be fun to both race the people who start out when you do AND getting to certain milestones first would be both exciting and very beneficial. I can see people racing to train for pking and bossing to get high-end items first. Fresh start is best.
