This should really be a poll open to everyone (except maybe accounts less than a month old or something to prevent extreme manipulation), and here's why. This poll is primarily used to gauge interest if 2007 servers are even an interest to the population (the population being anyone that might pay money for a subscription). As it stands now, you are attempting to gauge the interest of current players, which isn't that large when you consider the market that you are excluding, the ex-players and inactive players. Because of this, you would think it would be in your best interest to get the opinions of all POTENTIAL customers, not just currently paying customers, You and I would probably be better off in that scenario.
I'm going off on a personal anecdote here but, I left Runescape years ago for a number of reasons (one of them being the loss of difficulty and my disagreement with the direction the development has gone), and I have actually visited this site for the first time in probably 2 years because I heard that 2007 servers are a possibility.
So wouldn't you want to know the opinions of people like me who potentially will start paying for a membership again solely for access to the 2007 servers? Unless you're using this as a cash scheme to get potential customers such as myself to buy a membership to vote, then go ahead, you've lost my $7.00 (or whatever the price is now), and my interest should the poll not break the threshold.
