How can you relate this to a US legislation?

I think a better relation would be to consider the fact that you must be a US citizen to vote. In which case, you are likely paying tax and contributing (hopefully) to the running of the country. Applying this exact logic to this members-only poll, you should understand why it is done.

The development team that will be working on this project has to be paid to do what they do. For this to be commercially viable, they need the opinions of those who are paying *at the time of the poll*; because ultimately, those are the people who will empty their pockets to fund the development of this project.

Unfortunately, that is the reality of how life works.

We need to make this poll available to former members or even f2p. A large portion of the people who support this movement are not playing anymore due to changes in the game. The only way to get an accurate poll is to open this poll to former members.

Will there be the older interface or the new one with clan chat?

Older (Newer buttons of course, but no pedestal thing to look like it is holding up the sword button and magic button)
