Please vote for this..that is right around when I started and it was extremely fun in that time. Going to try to get membership now just so I can vote..
p.s. why would supporters of this actually be paying for membership now if we didn't like how RS is now? Of course most of the people playing now won't support this..

rizenel jagex is only in for the money they are not trying to get a middle between two sides they lost lots of money they are trying to find a way to get money and yes 750k members will bring alot of money

Thank you JaGeX everybody has been asking for this ive been playing runescape since i was 7 years old and i loved and i always will thank you for everything and i think everybody on the runescape community should thank you guys too! ~zoro

What I miss about the 2007 version has more to do with player attitude than game mechanics. The RuneScape that attracted me stressed values, civility, cooperation. We warned each other of hostile randoms and cheered those that got actual bots. I hated trying to merchant, but had a lovely young friend who acted as my "broker." Wildy was a bit of a thrill, but devoid of today's "griefers" who are only interested in the kill and not the fight.
Rolling back the updates that catered to the thug mentality makes more sense to me. I like the new D&Ds, Citadel, Player Owned Ports, God Wars dungeon. Even EOC is ok, as long as it gets straightened out and things put in proper balance. I wouldn't pay extra to go back to the endless grinding that I'm sure gave rise to the botting programmers and set them loose on our community.
