Sounds good, in my opinion 2007/2008 were the best of the years, greatest memories :)
If this version of Runescape comes back to life will our stats be reseted until the date of the backup? And what about the items that we have now that are after that date, will we lose them?

@the people who are having doubt's about the - fresh start- don't you think it'd be good to race to 99? Also if you think about it you got 99 once so you know a lot of the tricks to get those levels up alot faster this will be a great thing i hope a lot of people play both games this is the first update ive been excited about in the longest time ;p

That's nice and all.... that you guys are letting us vote to bring back old days of Runescape and believe me it will have my vote, but with all high levels just like me its a little frustrating that our accounts will have level 1 stats after all the time we put in(without summoning i am 109 combat= +/- 32mill xp= countless hours). Is there a way that could implement the xp into the set back version of the game?

what a scam, all the players who were loyal for years who quit because you ruined the game want this update....and you're gonna make them go out and buy membership just to vote in a poll?! you probably wont even implement these servers for a couple months so it's a complete waste of money....

this poll and servers is targeted at everybody who's not a member anymore because they quit the game after your ****** ******* update on november 20th

and here i thought jagex was making a change for the better, ******* *****

If they bring back the old Runescape, they will end up with like less than 20k people playing EOC and then i want to hear them repeating "We strongly believe that the changes we’ve made to the main game are the right ones, representing the future of RuneScape. The 2007 server vote is for players who want to experience the old days and don’t mind the differences in gameplay and visuals from over 5 years ago."
