If everyone is going to start fresh and all items will be gone...

How will there be any rares in the game if all of our accounts start fresh?

LET US PICK UP FROM WHERE WE LEFT OFF. Don't reset accounts, don't import anything from rs now. Just let us login and continue from where we were!


We don't want to start from scratch!

@REVERT EOC , there are 70-80k people on AT ALL TIMES :) there are still millions of players.

My own opinion: Release it as a separate game, just like RSC :) I think phase 3 (500k votes) is perfect.
If you make it members only, please make like RSC, so that if you're member on your RuneScape account, you can log in there from your account. This has many benefits, as the gold-farming bots would rather play the current version of the game than the 2007-version.

I have no problems with EOC, but I will definitly give this a try while wating for my ships in the ports (if I'm not done before the 2007-version comes out). I am almost in the 6th region, and 7+ hour voyages can become a bit boring to wait for.

If you do this correctly (release it like RSC, and for members only) i think this will be a nice addition to the game, and a relief to play if running around in circles in a certain outdated skill *ahem*..agility- gets to your brain.

Hey I have a really great question that has been on my mind for a long time if the old school servers will be released!

Will we be able to transfer accounts that are permanently banned into the old school server?

Well basically this works out because it's like a new game and you start from scratch, I think you should make it so we can transfer the permanently banned accounts that were not macroed on and all the ones who have been banned for macroing shouldn't have this option, eventhough you could give everyone a chance to start new. The account would obviously stay banned on the EoC servers. Just thought that giving a chance to start the old school game with an account that you really miss and remember in the old times would be amazing.

2007 seems a little too far back for my taste..2011 would be my ideal year, not to mention starting over from lvl 3? LOL..

Also, we have to buy our membership in order to vote? Have you even taken time to consider that the people who enjoyed previous versions of RuneScape already quit (and lost cancelled their membership)?

I just learned the good news from an RS friend that has become a real-life friend. If Jagex brings back 2007 Runescape, I will become a member again.
